Ladies, we sometimes get the same questions over and over, we will update this post with the most asked question of the week.. check here first for answers!
- What’s the difference between Virgin Remy Indian Curls X^1 and Virgin Remy Indian Curls X^2.
Virgin Remy Indian Curls X^2 will be the curliest curls we have instock at that time – So the only difference is that you are guarantee that the curliest in stock is what you get in when you order curls X^2. We no longer sell the curls separately all our virgin curls will be in the Curls X^1 category. You may specify for a curlier curl during the check out process
- Can your closure be installed without using adhesives.
yes, all closures, and frontals can be installed with or without adhesives. The construction of the closures allows you to install it with or without adhesives. See detailed information on closures/frontals here:

- How many packs do I need?
We always recommend 2 bundles ( 8 ounces); if you feel that you need more or less, please consult with your stylist.
- If I use a closure/frontal how much hair will I need?
Again, we always recommend 2 bundles (8 ounces); if you feel that you need more or less, please consult with your stylist.
- How do I know if you have and when you will have something in stock?
Check our blog, our blog is always updated with stock lists. We do not send email notifications regarding stock or product updates, we update on our blog. the blog is the best way to notify everyone at the same time.
- How do I find out about coupons and promotions?
Some promotions are announced on the blog, some are private sale events. An open invitation to a sale or any available coupons/ promotions will be announced on our blog!
- Are you still showcasing stylists?
Yes, we are accepting nominations for stylists; if you have a stylist/or an artist, to nominate for our showcase, please contact us.
- Do you have color options? How do I pick the color I want?
We do not offer color option; because all the hair products available on our site are natural colors. Natural colors range from Natural black to natural brown. LHB will most likely send you a natural black, if a natural black is not available, we will send you the darkest color that we have in stock. We do not mail light browns unless specify by our customers. Please make a note on the comment section before completing your order if you are particular about your colors.
- Whats the difference between Handtied wefts and Machine Wefts?
Handtied is fragile and very thin wefts, made with hands. Machine wefts is more durable and less prone to shedding, made with machine. Neither one is better than the other however, unless your stylist is familiar with Handtied wefts I will suggest purchasing the machine wefts.
- Do you Ship outside of the United States?
Yes we ship all over the world; shipping times and rates will depend on the product you order, where you are located and the shipping option you choose. The best/and most accurate way to estimate shipping is to add items to your cart and click on the “estimate shipping” button at the end of the page.
- How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 72 hours of payment clearing. We use USPS to ship all our orders. There are two shipping options in the US, USPS priority mail shipping ( 2-3 days) and USPS expedited shipping ( 1-2 days) . Plan ahead, as your order may take 4-5 days to reach you if you are in the US.
- What length do I need to order?
Its difficult to gauge lengths on people, the best way to decide is to either go in a Beauty Supply Store and use one of the hair as a gauge. Or, use a tape measure’r to measure yourself, and determine where you want the hair to hit on you.
